Writing fiction books (from non-fiction events)
At the time of the publication of ‘Under the Same Moon’ back in 2018, coinciding with the centenary of the end of the Great War in which the novel was set, I did have in mind the possibility of a sequel. As all authors will know, you can develop considerable affection for some of the characters in your books, and want to follow their lives further. This was certainly true of me and several members of the cast of ‘Under the Same Moon’, and I have spent the last couple of years putting together an account of their progress as they emerged from the shadows of that cataclysmic conflict that had so profoundly affected them all.
My labours are about to reach fruition with the publication of the sequel ‘Shadows in the Sun’ which will initially be available on Amazon in late 2021, however feel free to get in touch should you want a personal hard copy you can hold the old fashioned way!
